Will it burn, sting or peel my skin?

No. It is a herbal topical cream, not an acid. Used as directed you should feel nothing beyond ordinary cream on skin. If any area feels irritated, rinse it off and space out your applications.

Can one jar really handle all three problems?

Will it grow back after it drops off?
